Our Mission
To aid underserved Alabama families in preserving their heirs’ property through comprehensive legal analysis, personalized strategic plans, and prudent estate planning.
A - Family Preservation
Our first requirement for becoming a client is that you want to keep your family land—not sell it. Land retention is key to preserving generational wealth and community stability.
B - Low to Moderate Income
Over the years, we have found that families unable to afford assistance most often need support resolving heirs’ property problems. By prioritizing this income bracket, we seek to promote equitable access to legal resources, help preserve Alabama’s intergenerational wealth, and contribute to community resilience.

C - Underserved Communities
From the hollows of Appalachia to the Black Belt; Wiregrass to the Coastal Plains, many communities across the state have faced barriers in accessing legal, financial, and technical resources, which has exacerbated land loss and economic instability. In order to have the biggest impact possible, we prioritize communities with the greatest need.
